How to use this website
Join us to learn crafts, share the joy of creating new things, and learn more each day! Here's a little help on how to use our features:
How do I get more information about the craft?
Click on the craft's photo! This will lead you to the inside view/details view. There you will find a blurb / short review, useful information about the selected craft and a link to the tutorial, pattern or printable
How can I save my favorites?
After registering, you will be able to save your favorite crafts by clicking on the heart icons on them.
How can I share my favorites with my friends?
It's simple: create organizers/folders! After logging in, go to the "favorites/collections" page and create a PUBLIC folder. Place your most cherished favorites into this public folder, and simply share the folder's link with others!
How can I submit craft tutorials?
It's also super simple! Just click on the big pink "Submit tutorial" button at the top of the page, fill up the submission form, and click on "submit"!
The translation is gibberish, what can I do?
Mindy collects crafts and DIY tutorials from all around the world, so presumably, you will find tutorials that are not English. For non-English tutorials, we provide an automatic translation. This automatic translation is generated by Google Translator (an artificial intelligence), which often causes gibberish. We apologize for that! Unfortunately, we cannot fix this, but this is the reason why we collect only photo-rich, detailed tutorials. Feel free to contact us if you need help with a craft.
How can I report a bug?
At Mindy, we take great pride in the quality of our collection and services. If you ever come across something that you think needs to be improved, please reach out by using our contact form.

Plastic cup angels
These little paper cup angels are super sweet and simple to make. Perfect for adding a bit of holiday cheer during the day and giving your home a lovely warm and angelic cozy glow at night.

Snowman wrapped candy gifts
With this adorable christmas / winter gift wrapping idea you can wrap any sort of candy bar, or even a box of twinkies, or a can of pringles, or a container of nuts ... and then turn it into a cutie-pie little snowman!
. . .
Snowman/Reindeer/Elf Christmas Hats made from old sweaters
Upcycle some old sweaters and turn them into these adorable christmas themed hats! With the help of this nice website you can create the elf hat, the snowman hat and the Rudolph reindeer hat.

No-sew zipper cases from plastic bottles
She put together a few Zipper Cases for all her kids supplies — made from some old soda bottles , a few zippers, and some hot glue. Seriously, easy as that! Brilliant craft idea !
. . .
Shirred fabric flowers from old T-shirts
These little knit scrap flowers are simple.  Like 2 minutes simple.  Okay, maybe 4 minutes because you have to load your bobbin with elastic thread. Okay, realistically, maybe 10 minutes.  Haha!  But whatever it takes, they are easier than trying to manipulate the fabric yourself.
. . .
Santa hat chair covers - free sewing pattern
This Santa hat chair cover is a totally unnecessary, non-functional, can only be used a few-weeks-out-of-the-year, type of craft idea.. BUT don’t you dare Bah-Humbug this!  Because every time you take one little step into the kitchen (or dining room) you won’t be able to stop that smile from spreading across your face!  And you may find yourself humming ‘jingle bells‘ or ‘Rudolph‘ as you clean up after meals. These little Santa hat chair covers are made from felt so they hold their shape really well.  And sewing is minimal since hemming is not needed.  Truly, a pretty quick little Christmas sewing project!
